An all round star graduate to support our growing business. The role is in the sales team and will give you a great foundation in all things Digital Media. As a sales coordinator you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams to ensure you have great product knowledge and the confidence to support the sales and liaise with our clients.

You’ll have a positive can-do attitude, be meticulous with detail, love organising, be a fast learner and be great with customers.

Full time


Sydney (x1), Melbourne (x2), Brisbane (x1)


  • Support the sales team to ensure budgets are met and exceeded
  • Support the Sales Account Managers by ensuring that all campaigns are briefed in properly, set live, monitored and reported on.
  • Create additional materials as appropriate including reports, presentations, pro active sales opportunities, case studies and other materials that our clients may find beneficial.
  • Form strong relationships with our clients and be an ambassador for PXYZ at all times
  • Update internal and external wiki pages.
  • Before a campaign goes live ensure that all administrative work has been completed including booking details, creative assets, budgets, targeting etc
  • Create opportunities for the sales team by looking at competitor activity, seasonal trends, industry opportunities and previous activity
  • Assist in monitoring the delivery of both managed and programmatic campaigns to ensure they deliver the best performance for our customers.
  • Help customers get their media campaigns live and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. 
  • Create post campaign analysis and case studies
  • Any other team related admin


  • University educated – this role is open to a graduate
  • Analytical with amazing attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Persuasive and resilient. You will be someone who likes to ask questions in order to deliver the best possible solution
  • Able to deliver things on time 
  • Perfect english, writing skills etc
  • Personable, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile 
  • Media/marketing experience a plus
  • Fast learner and adaptive
